  1. Booking & Confirmation
  2. Recording services will be confirmed only after advance payment is received. No slot will be reserved without booking confirmation.


    3. Recording Schedule

    Recording will be conducted on the agreed date and time. Any rescheduling must be informed in advance. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

    Script & Content Responsibility

    The client is responsible for providing accurate script and content. IPIX is not liable for content errors after recording completion.

    Revision Policy

    One minor revision is provided free of cost. Major changes or full re-recording will be charged additionally.

    Delivery Format

    Final audio will be delivered in MP3 or WAV format via WhatsApp, Email, or Google Drive link.

    Payment Terms

    Full payment must be completed before final audio delivery.

    Usage Rights & Copyright

    After full payment, the client receives full rights to use the audio for business and promotional purposes.

    IPIX reserves the right to use the audio sample for portfolio or promotional showcase.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations after recording has started are non-refundable.

    If cancelled before recording begins, the advance amount is non-refundable as booking charges.

    Voice Artist & Background Music

    Special voice artists, sound effects, or background music requests will be charged additionally.

    File Storage

    Recorded files will be stored for up to 15 days. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.
